PACKAGES: Packages may only be sold to and used by one person. The sharing of packages is not permitted, even among family members or spouses.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No refunds will be given for any reason. If you pre-purchase a session, but need to cancel the appointment that you made, you will not be refunded. Rather, you will have a credit for the full amount that you paid in your account (as long as you appropriately follow the cancelation policy. Please see below).
Appointments must be canceled with 48 hour notice. If canceled with less than 48 hour notice, but greater than 24 hour, a $50 fee will be incurred. If canceled with less than 24 hour notice, a fee equaling the full cost of service will be incurred. No show, no call appointments will forfeit any prepayment that has been made and will require prepayment for any future sessions.

At the PPause4wellnessboutique, your appointments are very important to us. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
Effective January 1st, 2022.
If you are 15 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.

As of January 1st, 2022, we will ask all clients to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies.
As of January 1st, 2022, Gift certificates purchased can not be returned, no exceptions.
All gift certificates have a one year expiration date. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if the purchaser doesn't add your name at the time of purchase.
Please note: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

At PPause4wellnessboutique it is policy that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services.
Ages 13 - 15 must have parental consent and have a parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service.
Ages 16- 17 must have parental consent to receive services.
