My name is Fatima Lopes and I am a licensed massage therapist in the State of New Jersey and member of ABMP ( Associate Bodywork & Massage Professionals).

My  work is focused on helping people  create a supportive space for  Pause, with a goal  to  alleviate  pain and stress caused by our fast moving lives.

With this holistic fusion approach and mindful bodywork, I  encourage full presence.and the value of self-care that helps you reconnect with the "whole" you.

I have over  9500 hours and counting of experience working in hospitals, hospice, and spa’s..   

Previously I worked  in business management, marketing, and international relations, and lI have lived in 5 continents. This has given me the opportunity to  experience different modalities and cultures.  I have learned that, no  matter the surface differences, we are all in need of the same care, dedicated time and presence.
