Fatima' is focused on helping people  create a supportive space for  Pause, with a goal  to  alleviate  pain and stress caused by our fast moving lives.

With this holistic fusion approach and mindful bodywork,  she encourage full presence and the value of self-care that helps you reconnect with the "whole" you.

Fatima have over  11.500 hours and counting of experience working in hospitals, hospice, and spa’s..   

Previously  worked  in business management, marketing, and international relations, and have lived in 5 continents. This has given her the opportunity to  experience different modalities and cultures with extensive international experience,  Fatima is well-equipped and focused on well-being , Fatima's opinion: -  no  matter the surface differences, we are all in need of the same care, dedicated time and presence.
